Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Please note that items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States.

All other orders are shipped via UPS.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by UPS. Undeliverable packages that are returned to Treaty General Store will be refunded minus the original shipping fee.
If you incorrectly entered your shipping address during checkout and your order has shipped. We urge you to contact UPS with your tracking number to correct your address. Treaty General Store cannot act on your behalf with UPS.
If you live locally to our store, you may opt for In-store pickup. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up. Orders must be picked up within 5 days of being contacted. Beyond 5 days, your order will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.
You will be informed if an item is backordered by email to the address provided at checkout. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified of any changes to the item status.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
